Video Editor - Freelance
We're looking for a Video Editor to join us on a freelance and part-time basis.
Freelance contract: 2–3 days/week
Location: Remote, timezone flexible
Rate: £350 per day
The role
You'll work closely with our growth team to edit paid social ads that perform. We shoot the content - you shape it into something that stops the scroll. You'll manage multiple cuts and variations, work fast, and bring ideas to the table on hooks, formats and what's trending.
Day-to-day
Editing footage into paid social ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, producing multiple hooks and variations per shoot, handling captions, colour, sound and basic motion, keeping assets organised for ongoing testing.
What we're looking for
3+ years editing with a portfolio that includes paid social or performance-driven work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools also considered.
Strong instinct for hooks and short-form pacing - you know what lands in the first 3 seconds
Experience editing UGC-style content
Comfortable with GenAI tools, particularly Veo, Sora and Kling, and willing to keep adapting as the toolkit evolves
Fast, iterative worker who thrives in a high-output environment
Attention to detail - high standards for polish and accuracy, ensuring all output meets brand, quality and compliance expectations.
Trend Awareness - Up-to-date with evolving video, editing and digital content trends, with the judgement to apply them effectively in a healthcare context.
